We specialize in Hot and Power yoga, and welcome beginning and advanced practitioners! All of our instructors are certified through our training program and teach with an encouraging style. You are always welcome to ask questions before and after classes, but for now, look at the descriptions below to get an idea of what each class is like.
Hot 1 – This is the classic Hot style: The room is heated to 105 degrees which really helps to get you into the poses, and the instructor guides you through with great detail. Each pose is practiced seperately and we pay special attention to alignment and give adjustments. If you love an all-over deep stretch and a great sweat, this class is for you. If you are new to yoga, this is a great class to start with!
RHY Hot – Bethany designed this class to be a bridge between the Hot and Power classes and it is quickly becoming a studio favorite! If you’ve practiced Hot 1 for years (or decades) this is an absolute must!
Power 1 – This is where we begin to link the poses together and practice them in a flowing style. Level 1 classes are great for new students, and this class will cover the foundation poses found in any Power style class.
Power 2 – Take it to the next level! Power 2 is for practitioners who are comfortable in the Power 1 class and are ready for a more intense practice. This is heavily influenced by Ana Forrest’s classes, which means that more advanced techniques and poses will be taught.
For The People! – This is exactly what it says! It’s a free class that we offer so that folks can come by and try our studios! We off a Power 1 class in Buckhead and an RHY Hot class in Alpharetta, both fine for beginners, and all you need to bring is your mat, towel and water. Welcome to the studio and enjoy your class!
Lunch Crunch – Join us for an hour of Power Yoga combined with some extra ab-work. Think of it like an intense little mid-day snack!
